Using Solidworks 3D software, JMD will use your idea, sketch or sample part to either reverse engineer or create your part entirely from the parameters and purposes the customer requests.
Once the model has been approved, we can use one of three 3D printer to produce your part in the specific injection molding resin intended for the final product. This allows actual testing and evaluation of the feel and function of the part and can even be used for pre sales presentations or investor meetings.
JMD has the capability for dimensional inspection and also part testing as needed to make certain your printed parts are suitable for the intended purposes.
